Oak Coat Pegs

These pegs are made from a piece of oak cut from a salvaged fence post, that stood at the edge of a farmers field the past 40 years. Under the weathered exterior lies the most beautiful seasoned oak with a rich honey colour and lovely swirly grain with contrasting weathered surfaces left on the edges.
The three shaker style pegs are from the same piece of oak and are hand turned on the lathe. There are two drilled mounting holes.
These pegs would be perfect by the backdoor for your dog leads or in the kitchen for tea towels.
Finished in cold pressed linseed oil and beeswax.
